Before you open your mouth and spew your bullshit, you might want to find out the truth first. I know that is a new concept for you, but you might want to give it a try for once in your life!
This is another bs question asked by a Republican run bs poll!
California is not asking for $2 million in federal tax payer funds to build a Pickelball Court.
In 2018, California Proposition 68 was passed. The proposition is a $4 billion parks and water bond intended to revitalize existing parks and create new parks and recreation facilities. It is not building 1 particular Pickelball court like this poll is stating. By the way, Pickelball happens to be the fastest growing sport in the country. Many people enjoy to play it.
On May 4th of this year, the El Cajon City Council agreed to seek $11 million in Prop. 68 funds to make improvements at 3 sites and to build 1 new park. 2 of the parks will include Pickelball courts.
Public funding will pay for everything that Proposition 68 proposals. No Calif. local or state taxes will fund this. No federal taxes will fund this!
So before you start saying that this is unnecessary spending on behalf of the Democrats, think again!
This is just another false claiming question asked by a ridiculous poll!

I have never before heard of this game, so I looked it up. Based on the pictures I found, it could be played on either a tennis court or a badminton court. There are plenty of those around, so there is no reason to spend more of the taxpayer’s money.
Taxpayer money is not being used.
You are right though. It is being played on tennis courts now. Public organizations are funding the revitalization of public parks which may include the installation of specific Pickelball courts. It is about improving parks. Whether it is park benches, walking paths, skateparks, out houses or Pickelball courts. It is about making parks enjoyable for all people. Not jus a handpicked few.
No state or federal tax wes are being used for these parks!

Those funds should be used for more water to flush their toilet bowl. The matter they seem to accumulate never sinks.
