Shut downs, based on genuine information should be followed!!! It is reckless to possibly expose gym members, staff, and their families, to a virus that could take their lives. I don’t believe that one has to be a genius to see the logic in this thought. There are many folks in other businesses that are financially suffering, but are “doing the right thing” to protect everyone! All should be following government directives!

The gym owners being arrested means that the matter can be brought before a court of law for the public and medical personnel, and psychiatric personnel to review.
Gym owners should tell those that com in should ware MASK as the Governor had said.

No they shouldn’t have. This is an election year for many States and those vying for office will do anything to get their votes. There was no reason to close any business because the virus wasn’t a major threat in most communities. Abusing our laws and/or ability to issue proclamations or mandates shows just what low-thinking people are running for high positions. In my State, I will vote against those rabble.
