Willis condemns Jordan for ‘unlawful interference’ in the Georgia Trump case through a strongly-worded letter.

“A group of regular citizens, forming a Special Purpose Grand Jury, conducted a 10-month investigation and shared their findings with me. Additionally, a separate grand jury from Fulton County identified reasonable grounds to charge the defendants for violations under the RICO statute, among other felonies,” she penned, referencing the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations act.

She further stated, “It’s essential to understand this: Anyone aiming to steer clear of felony charges in Fulton County, Georgia, including breaches of the Georgia RICO act, should refrain from committing felonies within its boundaries. Here, every individual is held to the same legal standards.”

Willis also pointedly addressed Jordan’s legal understanding, highlighting the fundamental duties of a prosecutor and offering the Judiciary chairman a concise overview of the RICO legislation.
