I recall an interview with Donald Trump from about 20+ years ago. He criticized the President and said that if he held the office of The Presidency, there would be lower gasoline prices because he would approach OPEC as business and negotiate, rather than be a, “puppet,” to them.
I have tried to find that interview but was not successful. I was living in Philadelphia, that I remember.
