The name was meant to honor the Indians. When I see the logo of that handsome Indian with his full headdress I think of bravery, courage, determination, a true warrior. Only the Liberals could turn something meant to honor the Indians into something that makes them look like victims. How sick is that.

The Blacks are and have always been a problem in American society. In fact, Lincoln stated they should have been sent back to Africa after the Civil War. What does that tell you? Maybe the name should be changed to the Greenskins. Oh, but we might be risking an attack from Mars….

What is wrong with cowardly owners. Caving into to be politically correct when it is a bunch of nonsense. This was named after an American Indians. I saw in an interview with the native American Indiana that he disagreed with the name change. He sculpted the image on our money, the nickle.
But the owners cave in like a bunch of cowards to the total lunacy of the group of anti American political correct idiots in our society. This crap of caving to them has to stop. They are wrong and they want to change our country for the worse.

Please let’s stop this madness as the American people we can recall our elected officials especially in the states: California, New York, Washington state, etc, also our cities, Chicago, and every where their is outstanding crime without police and community support for our rights as citizens of the United States of America, let sign these recall ballot by going online in your state or city website and download the recall petitions and pass them around for signatures with you mask and gloves on! We need to stand up for our rights and demand our rights as citizens of the United States of America through this easy but necessary recall of legislative officials: governors, mayors, council persons and we can do by joining the Hope and living in a nation of LAW AND ORDER!

The Indians do NOT want the name changed, this is rediculus, Many years ago my great grandfather left Iowa to care for the Indians on “Trail of Tears”, he wrote to my great-grandmother about “THE RED MEN” the letter has since deteriated but he was Doctor to Indians n Maquoata Iowa, Tama reservation, so he vol. to go to Okla. leaving family behind, he ran for legislation in then Territory and later was one of Okla. first senators, he ran in providing care to Indians, sadly died in office when a gas heater mal-functioned. His name Dr. Geo. Johnson, MD, This is a bunch of BS< I am a life long fan and will always be a REDSKIN FAN

This is just plain disgusting. Nothing is wrong with “Redskins”. I always felt pride with Native Americans and this team’s name. Nothing is wrong with it. You could put anything to a test and find something offensive about it if you are looking for some controversy. It just makes people lose their interest in football and things will never be the same when it comes to constantly try to change anything American. I hope the team loses tons of sports fans due to such absurdity.
