Behind the Poll

Thousands of Californians worked tirelessly for months to recall Gov. Gavin Newsom. Despite pandemic-related restrictions, they were able to accumulate enough valid signatures to force a special election.

The special recall election was held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, but at this time it appears that Gov. Newsom will retain his governorship in the state of California. Based on the heavy use of mail-in ballots and other strange anomalies, Republicans suspect election fraud.
