Depending on who you ask, Barack Obama was either one of the best or worst presidents of all time. His presidency was marked by a number of public scandals and controversies, including Benghazi, Fast and Furious, and IRS abuse of power (targeting Tea Party groups).

Obama’s flagship legislation was the Affordable Care Act (ACA) — more commonly referred to as Obamacare. Ironically, the new law caused many Americans to lose insurance coverage while also causing insurance premiums to skyrocket.
