Behind the Poll

President Biden put Kamala Harris in charge of handling the southern border crisis in spring 2021. Since then, Harris hasn’t done much (if anything) to make things better. This is now reflected in poll data.

A Trafalgar/Convention of States poll shows 74.9 percent of American voters think Harris has done “a poor job with the southern border crisis.” Roughly 6.5% said she has done an “excellent” job, according to the poll.

The respondents prove this is not a partisan issue as 54.6% of Democratic and 80.3% percent of Independent voters also said Harris has done a “poor” job.
