Behind the Poll
The results of the Arizona election audit were made public on Friday, September 24. One of the big revelations was that data had been unlawfully deleted on three separate occasions.
By reviewing security camera footage, the Cyber Ninjas team was able to determine which individuals broke the law. While their names were not revealed during the Friday announcement, the information was turned over to the Arizona Attorney General for further action.
It remains to be seen if criminal charges will be brought against those individuals who broke the law by destroying election data.
