St. Luke’s Health in Texas has banned the use of ivermectin as a treatment for Covid-19. Ivermectin is a cheap antiparisitic drug that many people believe is an effective treatment for SARS-CoV-2.

St. Luke’s claims their approach to patient care is “rooted in data-driven, clinically-proven treatment protocols.” They also claim that “The safest defense against severe illness, hospitalization and death from COVID-19 is to vaccinate.”
