An order made by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas would effectively halt the deportation of illegal immigrants, including those convicted of crimes.
In response, the Attorney Generals from Arizona, Montana, and Ohio have filed suit against the Biden administration to block the order. They are seeking the court to declare Mayorkas’ order as illegal.
“On September 30, 2021, in a brazen display of contempt for Congress’s statutory commands, Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced a policy that abandons DHS’s duties to enforce or implement entire swaths of immigration law,” they write in the complaint.

they should have NEVER BEEN ALLOWED HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
They should be vetted while exiting as some are candidates for Gitmo. Since some elected officials can’t figure out which side of the fence illegals belong on, they too can be removed to Gitmo for sedition. Laws enacted for society are not meant to be for convenience purposes. We are cruising for another wake up call by brain dead politicians currently pretending to be Americans.
I believe that when all of OUR homeless and OUR poor people and people with Dementia like our President that doesn’t know that he’s f —– up yet are taken care of then we will be able to except more people into our country legally. Mean while the cheapest way to get out of all of this expense is to give them each two hundred dollars and then have busses ship them all back to where they came from until we are ready for them to come . Our country and our people come first and I’m not talking about all the crazy radical groups that are destroying our cities and our country. It’s time to destroy these heathens’ that the Corrupt Democrats created to help steer thing up while they were cheating to win the election.
