As we get closer to finding out the results of the Maricopa County ballot audit, there has been more speculation about what will happen if it’s proven that the 2020 election was stolen. Some have suggested that Biden and Harris would be removed, thereby making Nancy Pelosi President of the United States.

The Constitution’s rules of succession state that the Speaker of the House is third in line for the Presidency if the President and Vice President are removed or incapacitated. But the Constitution is silent in the case of a stolen election.
