In recent weeks Australia has turned into a full-on 1984 dystopian nightmare. Australian citizens are confined to their homes and are not permitted to drive outside their local area unless absolutely necessary.
While driving, Australians can be pulled over by police and asked to prove why they are there. Many Australians have been arrested for violating the lockdown orders and driving restrictions.
